Texas Barbecue Online Magazine is excited to announce a new People’s Choice Award. Here, you, the experts of the BBQ world, get to cast your vote on who is the best in Texas.
The category for this voting series will be: Who has the Best Beef Ribs in Texas? The business must be an established BBQ joint or food truck that is currently open.
The nomination form, the Texas regional map, and the bracket system will all drop together on the same day, with nominations opening immediately.
First, a nomination form will be presented for you to nominate the best business in Texas for beef ribs. The businesses receiving the most nominations will be placed into a bracket within their region.
Second, a map of Texas, broken down into four regions, will help guide you on which section your nomination belongs in. It does not have to be 100% geographically accurate. We can work around that.
Third, a bracket system featuring the Top 64 businesses will be released. Each week, you will get to vote and decide who advances in each bracket until one overall winner remains. This truly is a People’s Choice Award.
